CV Writing Essentials

CV or Curriculum vitae or Bio-data is the primary thing you need to do a job. If the CV is not well-prepared, the employer may not call the applicant for interview. So it is really important to create the CV with your complete information. Your CV is the entire identification of you. The employer possibly will recognize you by seeing your CV at a glance if it contains any eye-catching theme. So be careful in making your CV.

Title:Give a title at first of the CV. Mention your full name here. You can write your name in capital letter with larger font and make it bold for highlighting it. Then write your current address, contact number and E-mail address.

Career objective: In this segment reveal your thought regarding your career. Express shortly your skills related with the job advertisement. If you are interested in part-time job, mention it here.

Career summary: Describe your previous job sector (if you have any) and experiences here. Mention the organization name, your designation, duration of the job, your responsibility and special achievement serially. Note down your most recent experience at first and then the others in sequence.

Educational qualification: Declare your educational abilities here. At first mention your latest qualification and then the others in sequence. Write down the name of your course or degree (SSC, HSC, BBA, MBA and so on), duration of the course, intuition name, board name and passing year.

Other skills: In this part, state your other significant skills and qualities. Mark here your necessary advertisements, certificates, language skill, computer literacy, your strength or plus point and so on.

Personal information: Besides mentioning your family background you can mark your interest, membership in any organization and other related matters in your personal information section.

References: Finally you are to present necessary references for you. Write their names who know you well during your student life or professional life. Mention the full name, designation, contact number and address of each of your references. Present maximum three persons in this part.

Signature: At the end write down your name once again for giving your signature. Do not forget to put the date below the signature.
Now your CV is ready! At this time you need to affix your passport sized colored picture on the right side of the first page. At present most people compose CV on computer instead of writing it by hand. Computer composed CV is more attractive than the handwritten one. It also takes a reduced amount of places.
